Alaska...day 9 recap

Happy Canada Day!!...we proudly displayed our sign!!

We stayed in the most ghetto RV park last night!!...but after thinking about it...we'd do it again, because we'd just reserve a tent sight for really cheap...use a little electric from another site...and it would be OK for the price!!

We stopped at a cute little church in Beaver Creek...but it wasn't really open for business....

Yes...more clouds...rain...scenery...no wildlife today...although we really wanted to see some!!

We did have an amazing double rainbow...and then one of the rainbows went into a FULL one that someone could probably photoshop into a nice panoramic shot!!

We visited the museum in Anchorage to get a brief insight into Alaskan history and First Nations peoples.

Tonight we're in an urban RV park right by the train tracks...JOY...JOY....we met two couples from Austin and a couple from Holland.

Tomorrow we start our day 1 of the Alaska tourist stuff....Bryce is tenting it and I'm heading for a good sleep in the van...while the three adventuresome ones are out for an "urban walk"...they promised to be back by dark...if it ever does get dark tonight!!
