Saturday 9-8-12 (3)

The town we wanted to stop in had no rooms available in the ONE albergue in the town so we had to keep walking.

The last part of the day had us walking along irrigation canals and corn fields. It was a LOVELY evening to be walking.

The Albergue Santa Ana where we finally arrived...was GREAT!! We had a nice salad for dinner... Hung our laundry in the garden  next to a turkey/chicken yard...and one of the MANY Albergue cats came in the window during the night and slept with me....

We walked 24.8 km...

Kon'nichiwa Shin'ai naru tomo Hiroko…smelling wood smoke from a chorizo factory and cow manure on the corn fields... I like both smells!!7
