When we headed out today, there was a little berg with one bar/cafe about 15 mins from our town... But that was too soon to stop so we kept on truckin'....
Well... I always eat a couple of my pack snacks before we ever stop for breakfast anyway...Which I for sure had to do this morning. We were just not finding a place to stop and eventually had to take a pause on a bench and make a picnic from our stash of food.
We both had some bread...I had some cheese, a mustard pack, a bit of cucumber that was amazingly still edible after 3 days in the pack!!...Bonita had some almond cookies, potted meat and cherry tomatoes. Out of all of these feastibles... We both had a nice early lunch!!
I had to go quite a ways up another road to find a toilet tree out of the view of the peregrinos who continued to pass by...then we had to take a petite pause because a herd of cows were being driven to their morning pasture.... This is definitely cow country!!... But very pastoral....
