We had a little stop with three Russians and two Canadians at a bar....
I had a lovely lunch of white and sweet potatoes (I micro'd then last night while at the albergue) seasoned with Spike and with a pkg of mayo squeezed in for good measure!!... Delicious!!...along with an apple to ensure good digestion and the requisite "sangria"... I'm now ready to tackle the last part of the UP part for the day... Or at least it is EASY to say "I'm ready" while I'm still sitting in the shade... having a cocktail...and enjoying the mountain breeze!! :-D
