We continued our northwest trek...skirting the eastern edge of the Rockies. We kept thinking we would cross the Rockies on this AK drive...but we don’t!!
I was sad to see so many small towns with grain elevators in various stages of disrepair. Here is an explanation...grain-elevators-fall-across-montana.
We crossed Wyoming, had a nice stop at the Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument, indulged in “Oprah Famous” Indian Fry Bread Tacos at Crow Agency and settled in to our 3rd RV park stay...in Shelby, MT.
We have our passports ready...Canada tomorrow!!
