...thinking of you Okiki...while at the Ethnic Festival in Kansas City...
...jets from an air show were flying overhead while we were walking the "car free weekend" Cliff Drive scenic byway...seeing jets like this is another "giddy feeling" thingy for me!!...although it is also something that makes me feel anxious for their safety....
...and then walked through the Skarritt Renaissance neighborhood...
...had brunch at a lovely little cafe--First Watch...with napkin wrappers like fortune cookie fortunes...
...walked around the River Market...
...and camped out with a new friend at the Longview Lake campground...enjoying the couple of days of "breath of fall weather."
