Caribbean Fruit Salad

16 oz of fresh strawberries, sliced

1 pineapple, chopped

1 mango, chopped

1 papaya, chopped

1 can of mandarin oranges, drained

1 jalapeño, minced

⅔ cup honey

Juice of 1 lime

Juice of 1 lemon

 2 T mint leaves, minced

In a large bowl mix all the fruit, add the rest of the ingredients and let macerate in refrigerator for one hour serve.
