Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies--her favorites!!
1 cup
margarine, softened but not melted
1 cup brown
sugar
1 cup
granulated sugar
2 teaspoons
vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon
baking soda
1 teaspoon
baking powder
½ teaspoon
salt
2 eggs,
beaten
1 cup
chocolate chips
2 cups
oatmeal
1 cup
chopped nuts
Beat
margarine, sugars and vanilla together until light and creamy.
Mix together
flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Mix together
chocolate chips, oatmeal and nuts.
Sprinkle ¼ of flour mixture over oatmeal mixture.
Beat the
flour mixture into the margarine mixture in two parts, alternating with eggs.
Stir in
oatmeal mixture.
Drop by teaspoonfuls
onto parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake 350
degrees for 10 mins.
